We are looking for an energetic and service-oriented Captain to lead the front-of-house team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The Captain will supervise service operations, coordinate with the kitchen and management, and maintain high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and ensure they receive prompt, courteous service.

- Allocate tables and coordinate guest seating during service.

- Supervise Stewards, Runners and GSA staff.

- Brief the team before each shift regarding reservations, specials, VIP guests and operational requirements.

- Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely service.

- Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth food and beverage delivery.

- Monitor food presentation, service quality and table cleanliness.

- Handle guest queries, feedback and complaints professionally.

- Ensure restaurant SOPs, hygiene and service standards are followed.

- Monitor table turnover and coordinate smooth service during peak hours.

- Check bills and assist with payment-related queries when required.





- Train and guide junior team members on service standards and restaurant procedures.

- Coordinate with the Manager regarding daily operations, staffing and guest feedback.

- Maintain a skilled, positive and welcoming environment at all times.

Requirements

- 4–6 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality service, preferably in a similar role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.

- Leadership and team-management abilities.

- Ability to handle busy service periods calmly and efficiently.

- Guest-focused attitude with excellent attention to detail.

- Professional grooming and positive attitude.

- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
