We are looking for an experienced Captain to lead restaurant floor operations and ensure exceptional guest service at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills and hands-on service experience in a hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise stewards and manage daily floor operations
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen and front office teams
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service SOPs
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1–4 years of experience as Captain / Senior Waiter in a hotel or reputed restaurant
- Hotel or Hospitality background preferred
- Good communication and team-handling skills
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
