- Handover b . SSU / SCM / SQE vulnerable supplier alternatives c . New projects C/O parts capacity mapping (across Platforms cross commodities) d. Development &
- Execution for Engine BTP &
- Proprietary System.

Short term Capacity Planning & supply chain challenges mitigation : a. Identification of short-term challenges with Supply chain b. Capacity enhancement on current parts c. Quality related supplies issues (alternate sourcing / FTG corrections with current suppliers) d.





Ensure kick-off part development with close monitoring till SOP Supply chain management understanding & exposure Exposure & knowledge of manufacturing processes, machines, utilities, material - Engine proprietary, Plastic, Casting, Forging & machining parts especially. Commercial acumen, Capacity assessment techniques Problem solving techniques. Root cause analysis Product development through APQP, M&M; requirements, MPDS process.
