- Key Deliverables "Build a resilient supply chain for the Automotive Division through Long term Capacity planning and mapping: a.Capacity assessment & planning for existing supply chain parts based on 3 years LTP -Action Planning for Capacity Shortfall mitigation for BIW Domain (Weld Lines/Press Capacity) -Enabling creation of required infrastructure at supplier end to meet demand through partnering with SSU/CDMM/PD/SCM monitoring at suppliers end -Ensure kick-off part development with close monitoring till SOP b.SSU / SCM / SQE vulnerable supplier alternatives c.New projects C/O parts capacity mapping (across Platforms cross commodities)" "Drive Short term Capacity Planning & supply chain challenges mitigation: a. Identification of short-term challenges with Supply chain b. Capacity enhancement on current parts c. Quality related supplies issues (alternate sourcing / FTG corrections with current suppliers) d. Preferred Industries Automobile Farm Sector Education Qualification must be holding B.
