- Assessing proposals for capital investments by calculating metrics like Return on Investment (ROI), Net Present Value (NPV), and payback periods.

- Tracking project progress against timelines and budgets. They prepare variance reports and initiate corrective measures to prevent cost overruns and budget breaches.
4.Procurement & Negotiation
- Partnering with technical and commercial teams to evaluate vendor quotations, benchmark costs, and drive financial negotiations for optimal cost-efficiency.

- Ensuring proper accounting of capital assets per regulatory standards and ensuring spending adheres to internal approval processes and statutory requirements.

- Acting as the bridge between finance, engineering, and regional business units to align CapEx strategies and drive value engineering across large-scale projects.
Preferred candidate profile A Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial), Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Finance alongside 18+ years of experience in project management and proven track record of handling high value capital expenditure projects.
