We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented professional to manage CAPEX and revenue procurement and support our procurement operations across CAPEX projects, revenue procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor development, cost optimization, and import procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Capital Procurement Management • Manage procurement of capital equipment, machinery, engineering components, and project-related purchases
- Evaluate supplier quotations and technical-commercial offers
- Conduct commercial negotiations to achieve cost reduction targets
- Ensure timely sourcing and procurement support for CAPEX projects
- Monitor procurement schedules to avoid project delays
Revenue Procurement Management • Procure operational and maintenance-related items required for plant operations
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of critical consumables
- Drive cost reduction initiatives for recurring purchases
- Develop sourcing strategies to optimize procurement spend
Vendor Development & Strategic Sourcing • Identify, evaluate, and develop alternative suppliers
- Conduct market intelligence, benchmarking, and market trend analysis
- Track sourcing best practices and maintain a robust supplier base to reduce dependency risks
Cost Optimization & Commercial Negotiation • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with vendors
- Benchmark prices and negotiate favorable payment and delivery terms
- Analyze spend data to identify savings opportunities
- Support procurement budgeting and forecasting activities
Procurement Analytics & Reporting • Extract and analyze procurement data using SAP and Excel
- Track pricing trends, spend patterns, supplier performance, and inventory requirements
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards
- Recommend sourcing and process improvement initiatives
Import Procurement • Manage international sourcing and import procurement activities
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers and logistics partners
- Ensure compliance with import documentation requirements
- Monitor shipment schedules and lead times
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Finance, Projects, and Stores teams to ensure procurement requirements are aligned with operational and project needs while proactively resolving supply-related challenges.
