- Inventory, procurement & stock management
- Cost control and wastage reduction
- Coordination with hospital administration and dietetics team
- Maintaining smooth day-to-day kitchen & service operations

Candidate Profile

- Experience in hospital / institutional / corporate catering preferred
- Solid team-management and operational skills
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety
- Ability to manage kitchen manpower and vendors
- Responsible, organized and service-oriented
