We are looking for an experienced Canada IT Recruiter with 3-6 years of experience in Canadian IT staffing. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for Canada-based requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting, negotiating, and onboarding.
- Source qualified candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Work with Direct/implementation to understand job requirements and ensure timely submissions.
- Maintain robust relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with clients and hiring managers.
