Role Description The Canada Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for positions based in Canada, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. This full-time, on-site role in Anand involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, engaging with candidates through various channels, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements. The Recruiter will prepare and post job descriptions, manage applicant tracking systems,



conduct initial candidate assessments, and support offer negotiations in line with company policies.

The role also includes maintaining accurate recruitment reports, ensuring compliance with relevant hiring regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement of the hiring process.

Qualifications

- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support for Canada-based roles.
- Knowledge of Canadian labor market trends and familiarity with relevant hiring regulations or guidelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Anand, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize tasks in a quick-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience recruiting for IT or technology roles is an advantage.
