Company Description SciNova India is a student-led Science, Innovation, and STEM community dedicated to connecting students with learning opportunities, mentors, educators, scientists, institutions, and real-world innovation experiences. Over the past 3–4 years, SciNova has grown to a community of 250+ members across India. The organization conducts national-level science and innovation competitions, STEM workshops, expert sessions, project development activities, and outreach and mentorship initiatives.

SciNova aims to evolve into a national STEM community where students can learn, experiment, innovate, collaborate, and access meaningful opportunities. Its mission is to make quality science, innovation, and STEM opportunities more accessible to students through collaborative partnerships with schools, NGOs, corporates, and other institutions.

Role Description The Campus Ambassador role at SciNova India is a full time, on-site position located in India.

Campus

Ambassadors will represent SciNova at their institution, promote STEM activities and events, and help increase student participation in SciNova programs. Daily tasks include coordinating campus outreach, sharing information about competitions and workshops, facilitating registrations,



and gathering feedback from participants. Ambassadors will collaborate with student clubs, faculty, and administration to organize sessions, talks, and innovation activities aligned with SciNova’s mission.

The role also involves maintaining regular communication with the SciNova team, reporting on campus initiatives, and contributing ideas to strengthen student engagement in STEM.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Presentation skills to effectively engage with students, faculty, and partners.
- Candidates should possess Marketing and Sales skills to promote SciNova programs, drive participation, and support outreach campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Networking skills to build and maintain relationships with student groups, educators, and institutional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated interest in science, innovation, and STEM education.
- Ability to organize events, manage time, and work proactively with minimal supervision.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university in India.
- Comfortable using digital tools and social media for communication and promotion.
