Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the entire admission process from lead generation to student enrollment.

- Conduct counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their academic goals and career aspirations.

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive student engagement.

- Collaborate with faculty members to design curriculum development, assessment methods, and evaluation criteria.

Job Requirements :

- 4-15 years of experience in education industry as an Admission Manager or Campus Manager.

- Solid understanding of educational systems, policies, and regulations.

- Excellent communication skills for effective admission counselling and relationship-building with students.
