Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing Google Search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and campaign structuring.
- Design and manage Google Display Network (GDN) campaigns for brand awareness, retargeting, and lead generation.
- Own end-to-end execution of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, including audience targeting, creative testing, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
- Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize conversions.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare insightful weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while maintaining lead quality.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads Manager.
- Excellent understanding of campaign architecture, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.
- Practical knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with retargeting campaigns, lookalike audiences, and funnel optimization.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth through paid digital campaigns.
- Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in the REAL ESTATE.
