About the Opportunity

We are hiring for a Campaign Operations position in Mumbai. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to build their career in Affiliate Marketing and Performance Marketing .

The role provides exposure to the complete lifecycle of performance campaigns — from campaign setup and tracking to monitoring and optimization — across web and mobile platforms. You will work with real campaign data, tracking tools, partner platforms, and internal teams in a fast-paced, learning-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in campaign setup, tracking, and monitoring across different categories.
- Work with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust, and Singular , along with other third-party tools.
- Support data analysis, competitor research, and campaign performance optimization.
- Prepare and maintain campaign reports using Microsoft Excel , including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas,



and related functions.
- Monitor campaign data and support ongoing performance tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of professional experience , preferably in campaign operations, affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related area.
- Interest in digital performance marketing, affiliate marketing, and campaign management .
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Exposure to campaign tracking platforms, MMPs, or performance marketing tools is preferred.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
