Vserv is looking for a Campaign Operations professional to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role offers an opportunity to work across the complete lifecycle of performance marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, tracking, monitoring, optimization, reporting, and partner coordination across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

- Coordinate with clients to understand campaign requirements, objectives, and performance expectations.
- Assist with campaign setup, tracking, monitoring, and day-to-day management across multiple categories.
- Coordinate with publishers, media partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and scale.
- Support troubleshooting of tracking, attribution, and campaign delivery-related issues.

Campaign Tracking & Performance Management
- Work with MMPs and tracking platforms such as AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust, and Singular.
- Monitor campaign KPIs, conversions, payouts, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
- Support competitor and market research to improve campaign performance.

Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign reports using MS Excel/Google Sheets.




- Work with Excel functions including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and basic formulas.
- Maintain accurate campaign trackers and ensure timely sharing of performance updates with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, Campaign Operations, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital performance marketing and campaign management.
- Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage tasks within timelines.
- Analytical mindset with good attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
