Camera Auditor – Office

Location: BMS Overseas, Office No. 23, 3rd Floor, City Square, Near Kesar Petrol Pump, Near MBD Mall, Jalandhar

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Camera Auditor to monitor and review CCTV footage across our office premises. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with office policies, identifying unusual or unauthorized activities, and maintaining accurate records of observations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor CCTV cameras and office surveillance systems regularly.
- Review recorded CCTV footage when required.
- Identify unusual, unauthorized, or suspicious activities and report them to management.
- Ensure employees and visitors follow office security and operational procedures.
- Maintain daily CCTV monitoring and observation reports.
- Check camera functionality and immediately report technical issues.
- Review footage related to incidents, complaints, attendance discrepancies, or security concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and sensitive company information.
- Coordinate with HR, Administration, and Security teams when necessary.
- Maintain proper records of incidents and observations.




- Escalate serious or urgent matters to the appropriate manager immediately.
- Ensure CCTV monitoring is conducted professionally and according to company policies.

Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security, auditing, administration, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good observation and attention-to-detail skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, if required.
