CCTV Monitoring

- Monitor CCTV cameras continuously to ensure proper surveillance of company premises.

- Monitor offices, warehouses, entry/exit points, parking areas, and other designated locations.

- Identify and report suspicious activities, unauthorized access, safety issues, or unusual incidents.

- Immediately inform the concerned supervisor or management about critical incidents.

1. CCTV System Maintenance

- Ensure all CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, and related equipment are working properly.

- Check camera visibility, recording status, storage capacity, and connectivity on a regular basis.

- Identify camera faults, damaged equipment, network issues, or recording failures.

- Coordinate with CCTV vendors/technicians for repair, replacement, installation, and maintenance.

1. Installation &
- Configuration

- Support installation and positioning of recent CCTV cameras according to company requirements.

- Coordinate with technicians for camera configuration, cabling, networking, DVR/NVR setup, and testing.

- Ensure proper coverage of required areas after installation.

1. Recording &
- Footage Management

- Maintain CCTV recording and ensure required footage is available when needed.

- Search and retrieve CCTV footage based on date, time, camera location, or incident.

- Provide relevant footage to authorized management personnel as per company policy.

- Maintain confidentiality and security of CCTV recordings.

1. Incident Monitoring &
- Reporting

- Monitor incidents such as theft, unauthorized entry, damage, accidents, security breaches, or other unusual activities.

- Prepare incident reports with relevant date, time, location, and available CCTV evidence.





- Coordinate with Security, HR, Administration, and Management when an incident requires investigation.

1. Access Control &
- Security Coordination

- Monitor entry and exit points through CCTV.

- Coordinate with security personnel regarding suspicious movement or unauthorized access.

- Support monitoring of visitor, employee, vehicle, and material movement where applicable.

1. Vendor &
- Technical Coordination

- Coordinate with CCTV service providers and technical teams for troubleshooting and maintenance.

- Raise service requests for camera, DVR/NVR, network, storage, or software-related issues.

- Follow up with vendors until the issue is resolved and verify the system after repair.

1. Documentation &
- Reporting

- Maintain records of CCTV cameras, locations, IP addresses, DVR/NVR details, and equipment status.

- Maintain records of camera faults, repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly surveillance and incident reports as required.

- Maintain a proper CCTV asset and maintenance register.

1. Data Security &
- Confidentiality

- Ensure CCTV footage and system credentials are protected from unauthorized access.

- Do not share or disclose CCTV footage except to authorized personnel.

- Follow company policies regarding CCTV access, data retention, and privacy.

1. General Responsibility

- Ensure continuous and effective surveillance of company premises.

- Respond promptly to security-related alerts and incidents.

- Support management in improving CCTV coverage and surveillance systems.

- Perform other CCTV/security-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
