About The Client

Client provides industry-leading audit, consulting, tax and advisory services to many of the world's most admired brands, including nearly 90% of the Fortune 500® and more than 9000 U.S.-based private companies. Essential Job Functions:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather Back Office business requirements and translate them into detailed development user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Leverage extensive Calypso Back Office domain expertise to design and configure tailored Calypso solutions that meet business requirements.
- Create comprehensive current-state and future-state solution documentation, including process flow diagrams, workflows, and business process maps.
- Communicate proposed solutions effectively to internal and external stakeholders and secure business alignment.
- Work closely with the Calypso Development team to ensure delivered functionality meets business requirements and provides measurable business value.
- Collaborate with the Calypso QA team to develop, execute, and validate test cases ensuring solution quality and accuracy.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 6+ Years
- 6+ years of experience documenting business requirements and translating them into development user stories.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to thoroughly understand existing business processes, system integrations, and dependencies.
- Ability to quickly grasp business concepts, objectives, and operational processes while establishing trust and credibility with stakeholders.




- Proficiency with Atlassian tools including JIRA and Confluence.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

Key Skills
- Extensive experience working as a Calypso Business Analyst with strong Accounting domain expertise.
- Experience participating in Calypso Upgrade projects and migration programs from legacy applications to the Calypso platform.
- Experience with Calypso versions 16.1 onward, preferably Calypso V17 and V18.
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Calypso Back Office modules.
- Experience configuring and customizing Trade, Transfer, and Message workflows.
- Experience with Message setup, processing, and workflow management.
- Experience integrating Calypso with external front-office trading systems such as Kondor+ (K+), Summit, Sigma, and Murex.
- Experience working with payment and confirmation systems including SWIFT.
- Knowledge of confirmation matching and management platforms such as Accord, TraM, and CityNet.
- Experience integrating with Accounting Systems and enterprise financial platforms.
- Strong understanding of Back Office Operations, Trade Lifecycle Management, Settlements, Accounting, and Financial Markets Operations.

- Any Degree, B.E., B.Tech, MCA, MBA, MS,



or PGDM.
