Job Responsibilities

· Communicate clearly and professionally with customers over the phone.

· Understand requirements and provide relevant information.

· Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.

· Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil and Telugu.

· Candidates who are fluent in all three languages will have an added advantage

· Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
