Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in New Delhi. The Caller will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, respond to queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues in line with process guidelines.

Daily responsibilities include following call scripts where required, documenting interactions in CRM or other systems, and escalating complex cases to supervisors when necessary.



The role involves meeting performance targets such as call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction while maintaining qualified and courteous communication. The Caller will collaborate with team members and follow established policies and compliance requirements relevant to the BFSI and BPO environment.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills, clear articulation, and active listening abilities.
- Customer service orientation, including empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM or call center software.
- Time management skills and ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
- Ability to follow processes, scripts, and compliance guidelines accurately.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role in BFSI or BPO is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
- Minimum high school/secondary education; a diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
