We are looking for energetic and reliable Café Staff to join our team. The role involves multiple responsibilities including cooking, billing, serving, waitering, and maintaining cleanliness of the café. Training will be provided, and candidates with hotel management background will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Cooking & Food Preparation
- Assist in preparing and serving café menu items
- Maintain hygiene and follow food safety standards
- Billing & Cash Handling
- Operate billing systems and manage cash/card transactions
- Ensure accuracy in billing and provide receipts to customers
- Serving & Waitering
- Take customer orders and serve food/beverages promptly
- Provide excellent customer service and handle queries politely
- Cleaning & Maintenance
- Keep café premises clean and organized
- Assist in closing duties and ensure café readiness for next day
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to communicate in English
- Prior experience in hospitality or café work preferred
- Hotel Management qualification will be an advantage
- Willingness to work late evening/night shifts (5 PM – 3 AM)
- Team player with a positive attitude
