- Manage daily cafe operations, including opening, closing, and overall floor activities.
- Supervise and coordinate service, kitchen, and support staff.
- Ensure customers receive friendly, prompt, and quality service.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily task allocation.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the cafe.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for stock requirements.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
- Support the team during busy hours and ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and service staff.
- Help improve customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 per month
