Job Purpose To manage the overall day-to-day operations of the café and ensure excellent customer service, consistent food and beverage quality, effective team management, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Customer Service

- Oversee daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the quality of food and beverages, including juices, tea, burgers, and other menu items.
- Ensure smooth and efficient service at the branch.

2. Team Management

- Manage café staff, including Chef, Juice Maker, Tea Maker, Burger Maker, and Delivery Staff.
- Prepare staff rosters and schedules and monitor attendance.
- Train staff on menu knowledge, hygiene, billing, and customer service.
- Conduct daily team briefings and motivate staff to achieve operational goals.

3. Sales & Inventory Management

- Monitor daily sales, billing, and cash handling.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies.




- Coordinate with the bakery team for stock requirements and minimize wastage.
- Monitor and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

4. Administration & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, stock, and wastage.
- Coordinate with the Head Office regarding promotions and special offers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, hygiene, and FSSAI requirements.
- Submit daily operational and sales reports to the Head Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: one years of experience as a Café Supervisor or Café Manager preferred.
- Education: Any degree/diploma; Hotel Management qualification is an added advantage.
- Skills: Leadership, billing, customer service, staff management, and inventory management.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge.
- Communication: Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Availability: Adaptable to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
