Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Café Counter & Service Executive who can efficiently manage café counter operations, serve tea/coffee and other beverages, handle cash/billing, and provide a good customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages as per company standards.
- Welcome customers and provide polite and skilled customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Handle the cash counter, billing, cash and digital payments.
- Maintain daily cash records and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and counter area.
- Ensure proper availability and arrangement of cups, beverages, sugar, milk and other café supplies.
- Coordinate with kitchen/café staff for smooth order processing.
- Monitor basic stock of café items and inform the concerned person about shortages.




- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming café environment.
- Follow company policies regarding hygiene, customer service and cash handling.

Required Skills

- Good customer handling and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and billing.
- Experience with POS/billing software will be an advantage.
- Presentable and well-mannered personality.
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of preparing/serving tea and coffee.

Qualification

Minimum: 12th Pass

Graduation/Diploma in Hospitality or a related field will be an advantage.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in:

- Café
- Restaurant
- Hotel
- QSR
- Retail counter
- Cashier + customer service

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
