We are looking for a skilled Cafe Manager with 5-6 years of experience to lead our team in Neemuch. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in cafe management and excellent leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily cafe operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean environment.
- Analyze sales reports and implement changes to improve profitability.
Job Requirements :
- Proven experience in cafe management with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of cafe management principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
