Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cafe Manager role based in Bengaluru.

The Cafe

Manager oversees daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and shift supervision.

Responsibilities include ensuring high standards of customer service, managing food and beverage preparation and presentation, and maintaining cleanliness and safety across all areas of the cafe. The role also involves monitoring inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and managing cash handling and basic reporting.

Manager supports sales initiatives, trains and mentors team members,



and addresses guest feedback to improve overall performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests and support team members effectively.
- Practical experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including handling orders, preparation, and quality control.
- Sales skills to promote menu items, support upselling, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Previous experience in cafe, restaurant, or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, manage schedules, and resolve operational issues calmly.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
- Comfort with basic point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling; familiarity with inventory management is an advantage.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by cafe operations.
