- Supervise day-to-day caf operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage and coordinate caf staff, shifts, and daily tasks.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
- Handle customer queries/complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors and support billing/cash handling activities.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and operational standards.
