3. Experience: 5-9 Years

5. Knowledge

· Positive knowledge in CAE (meshing, implicit and explicit FE simulation, topology optimization).

· Knowledge in mechanical engineering (especially plastics).

· Good knowledge of English.

1. :

· Meshing of parts according to customer requirements.

· Should have very good knowledge in mesh morphing techniques.

· Good knowledge in setting up analysis in LsDyna. Should be able to do pre and post-processing skills in LsDyna

· Good Exposure on Hypermesh

· Building up full assembly FE models.

· Checking of FE models according to customer requirements.

· Test runs of FE models.

· Implicit / explicit FE simulations.

· Topology optimizations.

· Preparation of test reports.

· Presentation of simulation results (online).

· General support for Simulation & Testing department.
