Position: Café Manager

Location: Suncity, Vasai West.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Café Manager to oversee the daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain high-quality standards in food and beverages, and manage the café team efficiently to achieve profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise day-to-day operations of the café including staffing management, inventory, and sales.

· Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all guests.

· Monitor food & beverage preparation to ensure quality and consistency.

· Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery promptly.

· Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards across all areas.

· Plan staff schedules, assign duties, and conduct regular briefings.

· Track daily sales and prepare performance reports for management.

· Manage vendor relations, stock orders,



and cost control measures.

· Support marketing and promotional activities to increase footfall and sales.

· Train and motivate café staff to deliver top-notch service and efficiency.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.

· Minimum 2–4 years of experience in café/restaurant management.

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge of café operations, inventory control, and POS systems.

· Ability to handle customer service issues with a calm and positive attitude.

· Adaptable to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as per operational needs.

Salary: (based on experience) – Up to Rs: 25,000/-

Joining: Immediate basis

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
