About the Role:

Ashtapadma is seeking a highly skilled and technologically adaptive Architectural CAD, 3D Visualisation & AI Specialist. This role is designed for a multi-talented professional who bridges the gap between traditional architectural drafting, advanced 3D modeling, and cutting-edge artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will spearhead our technical design pipeline, elevate our digital marketing presence, and ensure seamless daily office operations.Core Technical & Architectural Drafting

- CAD Drafting: Advanced, precise proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing detailed engineering and architectural plans.
- 3D Modelling: Hands-on expertise in industry-standard 3D software (Blender, 3ds Max, Rhino, or equivalent) to construct accurate architectural assets.
- Graphic Design: Competency in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator for presentation layouts and post-processing.

Advanced AI Integration (Critical Requirement)
- Photorealistic AI Rendering:



Masterful execution of AI-driven rendering tools to produce high-fidelity, realistic architectural visualisations.
- Consistent Multi-Frame Generation: Demonstrated ability to maintain strict visual continuity, structural consistency, and style coherence across multiple AI-generated frames and sequential outputs.
- AI Video Production: Experience in leveraging AI tools to generate high-quality short videos and animations for project presentations.

Digital Marketing & Operational Support
- Data Management: Strong analytical skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for managing project data and office documentation.
- Digital Marketing: Experience managing social media platforms and executing online marketing initiatives to showcase project portfolios.
- Administrative Support: An adaptable, problem-solving mindset to assist with general office administration and daily workflows.
