We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented CAD – StitchMax Design Executive to develop and digitize embroidery designs using StitchMax CAD software , ensuring designs are production-ready and aligned with the brand’s design requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and digitize embroidery designs using StitchMax CAD software .
- Convert artwork and design concepts into accurate embroidery files.
- Develop embroidery layouts, patterns, motifs, and placements as per design requirements.
- Select suitable stitch types, densities, sizes, and thread details.
- Coordinate with Designers, Sampling, and Production teams for design execution.
- Make modifications and corrections based on sampling and production feedback.
- Ensure embroidery files meet quality and production standards.
- Maintain organized records of CAD designs and embroidery files.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in CAD embroidery designing/digitizing .
- Hands-on experience with StitchMax is preferred.
- Valuable understanding of embroidery techniques, stitches, fabrics, and garment placements.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work within deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Fashion/Apparel industry experience preferred.
