Job Summary

TYKA Sports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced CAD/CAM Machine Operator for our Garment Cutting Department. The candidate will be responsible for operating computerized cutting machines, handling garment cutting production, and ensuring accurate and quality cutting as per approved patterns and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and manage CAD/CAM automatic garment cutting machines efficiently.
- Execute fabric cutting according to CAD patterns, markers, and production requirements.
- Check machine settings, cutting parameters, and fabric laying before starting production.
- Ensure accurate cutting with minimum fabric wastage.
- Identify and report cutting errors, machine issues, or fabric-related problems.
- Coordinate with the CAD, Cutting, Production, Fabric Store, and Quality Departments.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in CAD/CAM garment cutting machine operation.
- Experience in garment, apparel, textile, or sportswear manufacturing preferred.
- Good knowledge of automatic fabric cutting machines.
- Basic understanding of garment patterns, markers,



fabric laying, and cutting processes.
- Ability to understand measurements, sizes, and production specifications.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with automatic cutting machines such as Gerber or similar systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM garment cutting processes.
- Understanding of fabric consumption and wastage control.
- Good coordination with production and quality teams.
