Job Responsibilities

- Create and modify garment patterns using CAD software.

- Prepare accurate patterns, markers, and layouts as per garment specifications.

- Develop patterns based on design, measurements, and technical requirements.

- Make pattern corrections and modifications based on fit and sample feedback.

- Coordinate with the sampling, production, and merchandising teams.

- Ensure accuracy of patterns and markers to minimize fabric wastage.

- Maintain and organize CAD files and pattern records.

- Follow company quality standards and production requirements.

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the garment/apparel industry.

- Strong knowledge of garment pattern making and CAD software.

- Valuable understanding of garment construction, measurements, and fitting.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
