Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop advanced plastic components for console and UGNX systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate plastic components into overall system designs.
- Conduct material testing and analysis to ensure component durability and performance.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Develop and implement quality control protocols for plastic components.
- Provide technical support and training to manufacturing staff on new component designs.
- Utilize UGNX software to model and simulate component performance under various conditions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in plastic materials.
- Document all design processes, specifications, and testing results for compliance and future reference.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.

Qualification Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and developing plastic components for industrial applications.




- Strong understanding of UGNX software and its applications in component design.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
- Proficiency in material testing and analysis techniques.
- Robust communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing plastic components.

Experience: 3-5 Years Education: BE or Master in Mechanical or Relevant
