Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop precise CAD models of transmission and linkage parts using UGNX.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design elements into the overall product development process.
- Conduct detailed analysis and simulations to optimize the performance and reliability of transaxle components.
- Maintain and update technical documentation for all designs and engineering changes.
- Participate in the review and approval of supplier parts and components for integration into our products.
- Troubleshoot design issues and provide technical support to manufacturing and quality assurance teams.
- Stay current with the latest CAD technologies and industry trends to enhance design efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices within the engineering team.
- Support the engineering team in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of components.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to refine design processes and methodologies.

Qualification Criteria

- Proven experience as a CAD Engineer with a focus on mechanical design and UGNX software.




- Strong understanding of transmission and linkage systems and their application in agricultural machinery.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly UGNX, and familiarity with other CAD tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience with simulation and analysis tools used in mechanical engineering.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and precision.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Experience: 3-5 Years Education: BE or Master in Mechanical or Relevant
