Everest Auto Forge Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced CAD Designer with strong hands-on experience in Siemens NX to support the design and development of aluminium forged and machined components, tooling, dies, fixtures, and related manufacturing requirements.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in 3D modelling, 2D drawings, tooling/die design and manufacturing-oriented design, preferably within forging, automotive or engineering industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using Siemens NX.
- Develop forging models, die/tooling designs and process-related CAD data.
- Design and modify forging dies, trimming dies, fixtures and machining fixtures.
- Prepare accurate 2D drawings with dimensions, tolerances and GD&T;.
- Review customer drawings and convert them into manufacturing-ready models and drawings.
- Support recent product development (NPD) from customer drawing to production.
- Work closely with the forging, tool room, machining and quality teams.
- Make design modifications based on forging trials and production feedback.
- Develop appropriate forging allowances, machining allowances and parting concepts.
- Maintain proper revision control of drawings and CAD data.
- Prepare and maintain tooling and die documentation.
- Support troubleshooting related to die design, forging defects and dimensional issues.
- Ensure CAD designs are practical for manufacturing and meet customer requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Siemens NX.
- Good knowledge of 3D modelling and 2D drafting.
- Understanding of GD&T;, dimensional tolerances and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of forging die/tool design is highly preferred.
- Understanding of aluminium forging and machining processes.
- Ability to interpret customer drawings and specifications.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and design-for-manufacturing principles.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with production and quality teams.

Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Tool & Die Engineering or a related field.
Pay: ₹10,229.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
