Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain software to automate SolidWorks and SolidWorks PLM/PDM workflows.

- Automate 3D model, assembly, configuration, drawing and BOM creation/modification using SolidWorks API.

- Automate PLM/PDM operations including document management, metadata, revisions, lifecycle/status and check-in/check-out.

- Develop integration between the custom application, SolidWorks and PLM/PDM.

- Implement JSON-based configuration save/load and apply configurations to SolidWorks models.

- Work on an existing application, troubleshoot issues and develop new automation features.

- Improve application reliability, error handling and performance.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile





- 3+ years of experience in software development/CAD automation.

- Solid hands-on experience with SolidWorks API/Automation and C#/.NET.

- Experience with SolidWorks PDM/PLM and CADPLM integration.

- Good understanding of SolidWorks parts, assemblies, drawings, configurations and BOMs.

- Experience working with APIs, JSON and Windows-based applications.

- Experience developing or maintaining CAD/PLM automation software is highly preferred.

- Candidates with only manual SolidWorks design/modeling experience without API/software development experience are not suitable.
