Key Responsibilities

3D Modeling &

- Design Execution

- Transform concept sketches, rough ideas, or reference images into detailed, accurate 2D and 3D CAD models using industry software (Rhino, Matrix, MatrixGold, or JewelCAD).

- Design specific layout structures for traditional, fine, or Navratan (nine-gemstone) multi-stone arrangements, ensuring correct proportions, balance, and aesthetic placement.

Manufacturing Feasibility &

- Technical Precision

- Optimize designs for production, strictly calculating metal weight, casting shrinkages, stone tolerance, claw/prong settings, and structural integrity.

- Ensure designs match required weight caps and target budget specifications without compromising durability or design appeal.

- Prepare clear, production-ready CAM/STL files for 3D printing and wax casting.

Team Leadership &

- Quality Assurance

- Review and approve CAD files created by junior designers to ensure technical accuracy and design consistency.





- Work directly with manual designers, gemologists, master bench jewellers, and casting teams to resolve structural or setting challenges early in the process.

- Conduct sample inspections post-casting/setting to verify that final physical outputs match original CAD metrics.

Rendering &

- File Management

- Generate realistic 3D renderings and animations (using KeyShot, V-Ray, or built-in render engines) for client approvals and digital marketing catalogs.

- Maintain organized CAD libraries, design archives, and standardized master components (prongs, shanks, stone mounts) for efficient re-use.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
