We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious Cab Driver to provide safe and timely transportation to our female employees working in the evening/night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up female employees from their designated locations and drop them safely at the office.
- Report/pick up the company vehicle approximately 2 hours before the 6:30 PM shift start to complete the scheduled employee pickups on time.
- Drop female employees safely to their respective locations after the shift ends at 3:30 AM.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and security of employees throughout the journey.
- Follow the assigned pickup/drop routes and schedules strictly.
- Maintain punctuality and immediately inform the HR/Admin team about any delays or issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle.
- Take proper care of the company vehicle and report any maintenance or vehicle-related issues promptly.
- Follow all traffic rules and company transportation policies.
- Maintain professional and respectful conduct with all employees.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Valid Driving Licence with relevant driving experience.
- Previous experience as a Company/Office Cab Driver will be preferred.
- Police verification and background verification must be clear.
- Must be non-alcoholic and must not drive under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substance.
- Good knowledge of Indore routes and local areas.
- Punctual, trustworthy, disciplined, and responsible.
- Comfortable working during evening/night shifts.
- Good communication and professional behaviour.
- Must be willing to take full responsibility for the safety of passengers and the company vehicle.
Key Employee safety is the highest priority for this role. The driver is expected to follow all company safety protocols and ensure safe transportation at every stage of the journey.
