Key Responsibilities

Financial Management &

- Reporting

- Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow)

- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing

- Perform financial analysis and provide actionable insights

- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes

Taxation &

- Compliance

- Handle direct and indirect tax matters (Income Tax, GST, TDS)

- Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory compliance

- Coordinate with tax authorities and resolve queries/notices

- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations

Audit &

- Controls

- Manage internal and external audits

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS)

- Strengthen internal controls and risk mitigation processes

- Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities

Accounts &

- Operations

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable

- Monitor cash flow and working capital





- Reconcile accounts and verify financial transactions

- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

Strategic Support

- Assist management in financial planning and decision-making

- Provide cost control and profitability analysis

- Support business expansion and investment decisions

Required Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification (mandatory)

- 5+ years of relevant experience (can be customized)

- Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance

- Proficiency in Tally accounting software

- Advanced Excel skills
