Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CA–Manager–Accounts (SAP FICO) role based in Raipur. The role involves overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets accounting, and bank reconciliations. The Manager–Accounts will ensure accurate and timely financial closing, preparation of financial statements, and compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements.

Daily responsibilities include configuring, monitoring, and optimizing SAP FICO modules, reviewing and posting entries, managing cost center and profitability analysis,



and supporting internal controls and process improvements. The role also requires coordination with cross-functional teams, liaison with auditors and consultants, and preparation of management reports and MIS for leadership decision-making.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification as Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, Companies Act provisions, and direct and indirect taxation.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP FICO, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling (CO), and integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience in financial reporting, month-end and year-end closing, budgeting, variance analysis, and management information systems (MIS).
- Proficiency in account reconciliation, audit support, internal controls, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial data and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or FMCG environment; experience in fats and oils or agro-based industries is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar managerial accounts role, preferably 5–8 years post-qualification, and openness to continuous learning and process improvement.
