Role Description The CA - Manager - Accounts (SAP-FICO) will lead the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and effective use of SAP-FICO for all finance processes. This full-time, on-site role is based in Raipur and involves overseeing general ledger accounting, accounts payable and receivable, banking operations, and monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. The role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing audits,



supporting tax filings, and maintaining internal controls in line with corporate and regulatory requirements.

The Manager will configure and optimize SAP-FICO modules, troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with IT and cross-functional teams, and support process improvements and automation. Daily responsibilities also include supervising the accounts team, monitoring reconciliations, handling MIS reporting, and providing financial insights to management to support decision-making.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a solid foundation in accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP-FICO, including configuration, transaction processing, reporting, and integration with other modules.
- Experience in financial accounting and reporting, including general ledger management, financial statements preparation, and month-end closing.
- Proficiency in statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and internal controls within a manufacturing or similar industry environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with other financial tools or ERP systems beyond SAP-FICO.
- Prior experience in FMCG, specialty chemicals, or food ingredients sectors is an advantage
