About the Role

Prodigy Foods is looking for a CA Inter – Accounts Executive to independently manage day-to-day and statutory accounting for our animal feed raw-material trading and export business .

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end accounting including sales, purchases, expenses, journals and ledger scrutiny.
- Manage accounting for DDGS, Maize Gluten and other feed raw-material trading transactions .
- Handle GST, CGST, SGST, IGST, TDS/TCS, GST reconciliation and return filing .
- Manage bank reconciliation, customer/vendor reconciliation, receivables and payables .
- Handle e-invoicing, e-Way Bills and applicable statutory compliance .
- Manage export/import accounting , including export invoices, shipping documentation, foreign currency transactions and bank realization.
- Verify and account for freight, transportation,



logistics and other trading-related expenses .
- Prepare MIS, sales/purchase reports, profitability/margin reports and cash-flow reports .
- Handle payroll accounting, employee reimbursements and advances .
- Coordinate with CA/auditors for audits, reconciliations and statutory requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of all accounting and tax compliances.

Requirements

- CA Inter qualification is mandatory .
- Minimum 1 year of relevant practical experience .
- Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, reconciliations, banking and trading accounts .
- Experience in import/export or commodity trading will be an advantage.
- Good command of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP .
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently.
