Primary Roles

1. Audits: Work closely with statutory and internal auditors to comply with audit requirements, attending to and ensuring the timely closure of audit issues and matters.

2. Accounting Supervision: Supervise, direct, and review the work of the accounting team, including prepaids, provisions, payables,

receivables, revenue and expense recording, and payment processing.

3. MIS Reporting: Prepare and review monthly P&L; statements, business MIS reports, and ad-hoc management reports as required.

4. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with Income Tax, TDS, and GST laws within due dates, including tax payments, return filings, and coordination with consultants.

5. Financial Management: Oversee working capital management, maintain the Fixed Asset Register, and contribute to the annual budgeting exercise.

6. Net Worth Certification: Prepare Net Worth Certificates, including calculations related to applicable Ind AS.

7. Budgeting: Coordinate and prepare the annual budget in consultation with various business and functional teams, including necessary amendments.

8. Financial Statements:



Prepare and review financial statements and related schedules in accordance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Secondary Roles

1. Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with the Compliance Team to provide finance-related data, schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for submissions to SEBI and other regulatory authorities.

2. Ledger & Account Scrutiny: Conduct periodic scrutiny of general ledgers, sub-ledgers, expense accounts, receivables, payables, provisions, prepaid expenses, statutory liabilities, and other balance sheet accounts.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA-2024/25/26)
- Articleship: Completed Articleship from a reputed firm with exposure to Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and IND AS/Financial Reporting
- Valuable knowlegde of Finalization of Accounts, GST, TDS & Income Tax
- Good Analytical skills, Willing to work as an Individual Contributor(Doer)
- Preference: Cnadidates looking for Industry exposure in Financial Company / AMC / BFSI
