1. Purpose To manage the company's financial planning, accounting, compliance, taxation, audits, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy, transparency, and statutory compliance.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
- Handle internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and financial controls.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of all financial and statutory returns.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to management.

3. Key Skills

- Robust knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax,



and ROC compliance.
- Financial planning, budgeting, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and financial reporting.
- Audit, taxation, and compliance management.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

4. Preferred Qualification

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified.
