Our office is looking to add associates to our tax litigation team.

We handle direct tax matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Income-tax Appellate Tribunals, and CIT(A), etc.

Requirements:

- Qualified CA with specialization in tax litigation or Advocate e nrolled with a State Bar Council
- 2 to 3 years post-enrolment experience
- Prior exposure to direct tax, commercial litigation, or writ practice is a plus, but strong fundamentals and a genuine interest in specializing in tax litigation matter more

What the role involves:

- Drafting writ petitions, SLPs, appeals, applications, replies, and briefs
- Independent research on SCC Online, Taxmann, and allied databases
- Appearances before ITAT, High Courts,



and trial courts (including tax prosecution and compounding matters) under supervision, with scope to argue independently as you grow
- Assisting with case strategy, client conferences, and counsel briefings
