Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and taxation activities of the organization.

- Handle GST return filing, reconciliation, and compliance.

- Ensure timely and accurate GST filings and statutory returns.

- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and TDS return filing.

- Handle direct and indirect taxation matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

- Monitor and ensure timely completion of all statutory and legal compliances.

- Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required.

- Ensure compliance with applicable GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.

- Review financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting data.

- Support statutory, tax, and internal audits.

- Identify potential compliance risks and take corrective actions.





- Maintain proper documentation and records related to taxation and statutory compliance.

- Keep the organization updated on changes in tax laws, GST regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.

- Prepare management reports and provide financial/compliance insights to senior management.

Candidate's Required Profile

- CA / CS Qualified candidate preferred.

- 1-5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Taxation & Compliance.

- Candidates with robust practical exposure to GST, TDS, taxation and statutory compliances will be preferred.

- Should be capable of independently managing finance and compliance activities.
