Role Description The CA (Real Estate) Accounts role is a full time, on-site position based in Pune. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting for real estate projects, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements.

Responsibilities include overseeing project-wise costing, revenue recognition, and cash flow, ensuring compliance with taxation, statutory regulations, and internal controls. The individual will coordinate with project, sales, and legal teams for accurate recording of transactions related to property sales, redevelopment agreements, and real estate assets.



Additional tasks include handling audits, preparing MIS reports for management, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and recommending process improvements in financial operations.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property accounting concepts, including project costing and revenue recognition.
- Experience in Real Estate Development finance, including redevelopment projects and related statutory compliances.
- Ability to work with Sales teams to reconcile bookings, collections, and customer ledgers.
- Customer Service skills for handling client-related financial queries and documentation.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with relevant experience in real estate or construction industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; regional language skills are beneficial.
- Real Estate experience is required
