Must-Have Skills

- 14+ years of overall software development experience

Architecture Responsibilities
- Define the overall application and solution architecture for enterprise applications.
- Design scalable, secure, resilient,



and high-performance solutions using C#/.NET and Azure .
- Define appropriate microservices, API, integration, and data architecture patterns .
- Translate business and functional requirements into appropriate technical architecture.
- Create technical designs, architecture diagrams, integration patterns, and solution documentation.
- Establish development standards, coding guidelines, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Evaluate existing applications and recommend modernization and architectural improvements.
- Identify performance, scalability, security, and reliability risks at the architecture level.
- Lead technical discussions and provide solutions for complex engineering challenges.
- Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure implementation aligns with the defined architecture.

Technical Leadership
- Provide technical direction and guidance to engineering teams.
- Mentor developers and technical leads on architecture and engineering best practices.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, DevOps, Security, and other stakeholders.
- Drive technical decision-making and evaluate technology options based on business requirements.
- Support teams in troubleshooting complex production and performance issues.
- Ensure solutions follow enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards.
