Job Responsibilities

Management of Investment Funds

- NAV Calculation: Responsible for the accurate computation of the net asset value (NAV) of the fund based on the current market value of its assets.

- Investor Services: Providing comprehensive reports, processing transactions, and maintaining effective communication with investors.

- Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring strict adherence to regulations and accurate generation and delivery of all required reports.

Reconciliation of Cash and Stock

- Cash Reconciliation:



Matching the cash balance recorded in a portfolio against bank statements or custodian records to ensure accuracy.

- Stock Reconciliation: Verifying that the number of shares, bonds, or other securities recorded in the portfolio aligns with custodial or exchange records.

Requirements

Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

- Demonstrated experience in asset servicing, fund accounting, or related positions.

- Strong understanding of NAV calculation, investor services, and compliance reporting.

- Proficiency in cash and stock reconciliations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example.
