Role Description The C and Silicon Validation Engineer will perform hands-on validation of silicon and embedded systems, focusing on low-level C programming, test development, and hardware bring-up. This full time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves creating test plans, executing validation procedures, analyzing failures, and documenting results for cross-functional teams.

The engineer will collaborate with design, firmware, and QA teams to debug issues, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with specifications. Daily responsibilities include working with lab equipment,



reviewing technical documentation, updating validation scripts, and contributing to continuous improvement of validation methodologies. The role also involves supporting root-cause analysis, preparing reports for stakeholders, and participating in technical reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications

- C programming and embedded systems skills relevant to low-level software development and hardware interaction.
- Silicon validation, hardware debugging, and experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.
- Test planning, test case development, and validation methodology skills for complex SoC or semiconductor products.
- Understanding of microcontrollers, digital electronics, and interface protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, PCIe, or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, communicate technical findings clearly, and work independently on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field; relevant internships or prior industry experience in silicon or hardware validation are an advantage.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (such as Python or Shell) and version control tools is beneficial.
